Metal mechanism part: The main beam is made of steel plate calendered into U-channel, then welded with I-beam to form a box-type solid web, the cross beam is also made of steel plate calendered into U-channel, then welded into a box-type cross beam, for storage and transportation convenience, the main cross beam is bolted to become one.

Electric hoist: Double electric hoists can lift heavy objects and move laterally along the main beam.

Operating mechanism: Double hoist overhead travelling crane is used in the form of separate drive, drive brake by conical brake motor to complete, transmission is the use of "one open and one closed" type gear drive, its closed gear drive part is used with conical rotor motor driven by two-stage gear reducer.

Electrical equipment: For the safety of the operator, double hoist electric single girder overhead travelling crane control part, using a safe voltage of 36V, the motor used to run a single-speed conical squirrel cage motor and conical wire-wound motor two forms.
