Manual single beam suspension crane mainly consists of main beam, end beam, main driven wheel, transmission mechanism, manual monorail trolley and chain hoist bracelet.

When installing the manual overhead crane, what should be considered:

• First, the allowable deviation of the rail joints must not exceed 1mm, and the clearance should be ≤2mm.
• Second, the gauge LK ≤ 8m, the allowable deviation ± 3mm, the gauge LK > 8m, the allowable deviation ± 5mm.
• Third, the orbital elevation tolerance is 5mm.
• Fourth, the allowable deviation of the track slope is 1/1000 of the track length. The five-track bending tolerance is 3 mm.
• All the lubrication devices on the manual single-beam suspension crane use the oil to press the lubrication part every three weeks, but the oil needs to be injected once in the first quarter.

Manual suspension cranes are used in power-free warehouses, workshops or service equipment where the handling is small and the efficiency and speed are not particularly high. The working environment temperature is not lower than -20 °C.
