The customer is an old customer from Australia. We started our cooperation last year and he purchased jib crane and hook. The purchase this time is 2 sets of European type single girder overhead cranes, including the steel structure of the whole plant.

Customer’s request for steel structures of overhead crane:

In order to offer a professional suitable solution for Mr. Matthew, we replied his email for asking the following detailed information (kindly inform us if you also need the steel structures solution of overhead crane), our engineers can provide suitable design for your application:

• The working drawing and photos. Like the length, width and height of workshop. Need to refer this information to make the design for the layout of the steel structures.
• The lifting capacity, lifting height and span of the overhead crane.
• The travel length of the overhead crane.
• The application: What materials to be lifted?
• Any special request to the working speed of the crane?
• The working class. How many times will you use this crane each day? How many hours will you use the overhead crane each time?

Production and delivery all went smoothly. The goods will be sent to his factory at the beginning of July.
